How can I enter form 1099-DIV box 2f into TurboTax?

TurboTax asks for 2a, 2b, 2c, and 2d, but not 2e nor 2f.

Near the bottom of the window where you report the 1099-DIV do you see a message asking if your form has additional boxes with entries?

Thanks! Yes, but boxes 2e and 2f are not presented. After some more searching, it appears that's OK in my case:

Note. Only RICs and REITs should complete boxes 2e and 2f. Boxes 2e and 2f do not need to be completed for recipients that are U.S. individuals.
