How can I enter both original issue discount and accrued interest for the same financial institution?

Please clarify and expand on your question.  Did both appear on the same form?  Was the OID on the form and do you have a manually prepared accrued interest calculation/statement?  Did you receive separate forms for each?  At first thought that would be the way to handle it by entering 2 separate items.
