How can I download and pay for a copy of turbo tax premier without starting a return??

Here are the steps to purchase a download of TurboTax Premier:

• Go to https://turbotax.intuit.com/
• Select Products & Pricing at the top of the program screen
  

This will bring you to the TurboTax Online products.  Select "View CD/Download products" on the left side of screen (see screenshot below)

This will take you to the screen where you can purchase the TurboTax Premier CD/Download.
