There is no way to converse with an agent at TurboTax via e-mail. You can post your question here and the TurboTax community and tax pros can help you with your issue.
Thanks for the answer, but Turbo Tax requiring customers to only call if they have a US phone number is not useful. The option for those of us without US phone numbers to receive answers by posting questions to an online forum is not an efficient way for customers to interact with Turbo tax as my question is not a simple one. I have had to ask several questions in the online forum which would have been much better to ask a person on the phone as depending on the responses, my subsequent questions will change. I really hopethat Turbo Tax can allow people to communicate using a non-US phone number or online app such as SKYPE/WHATSAPP etc . For customers who need to file taxes but don't have a US phone number asking questions on the online forum is not convenient and not at all productive. Please encourage Turbo Tax to accept using non-US phone numbers.
