How can I attach a statement explaining the sources of "Additional Income" for my 2022 tax return.

These are Canadian CPP and OAS pension incomes reported on Canadian NR4s.

Sorry---you cannot attach statements to e-filed tax returns.   If the IRS wants additional information from you they will request it by sending you a letter.
