How can I adjust the NY Income Factor within turbotax (it currently has 2X as the income factor which is essentially resulting in double tax due which seems incorrect)?

NY Income Factor is showing as 2.0000 which leads me to believe there must be some duplication within turbotax going on, based on the income entered. It seems impossible to have a factor above 1.0000.
