How can I add my subscriber number for my massachusetts private health insurance, if it is not alphanumeric?

There are no alphanumeric numbers on my card

So there is no "Member/Subscriber ID No" or "ID" or "Member ID" or something similar on your card?

Note that on some cards, the ID will be all digits, not necessarily alphanumeric.

Turbotax will not allow me to put in a number that is all digits. I am stuck here because I cannot put in a purely numeric number. The subscriber number is not alphanumeric, so I cannot finish the taxes. I have the correct number, but I am stuck

That's odd since "12345" is an alphanumeric number, just without any alphas. At least in computer programming it is.

I doubt that TurboTax is checking to see to see if the identifier is for a valid subscriber. Maybe Massachusetts doesn't either on the e-file.

How about placing an A or X at the end of the subscriber number?
