How can I access my old taxes I filed through Turbotax in previous years, my account seems like it's been blanked out. Please help!!

You may have more than one TurboTax account and don't realize it.  In order to access prior years' returns, you need to use the EXACT login (same username and password) that you used when preparing those returns.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for possible solutions.

I submitted a request to reopen my old account and I was told it will take 24hrs but it's been 3 days already and I dont have access to it, when i used my old user name it's logging me as a new customer but I have been using the same login for filing taxes since for more than 4 years. Please advice me as I only have 3 days left for taxes.
