How amend state return to undo Health Care Penalty (Massachusetts, 1099-HC)?

Where in the amend TurboTax webpages can I enter information to undo the Massachusetts state Health Care Penalty? I can't find anything about a Schedule-HC form (or 1099-HC form) in the "Medical" section of the amend webpages. Thank you for the help!

You can change the Massachusetts State Health Care Penalty in the state return section.  Click Start next to Health Care Coverage after opening the state return.  Then select the type of insurance you had for the year and the penalty will be updated.  See the screenshot below:
