Same place/section you entered the 1099-MISC income. Business Income and Expenses (SCH C).

You should have selected the option to indicate that "some" of your income was reported to you on a 1099-MISC. Then the program will ask you for the 1099-MISC income first. Next, it will ask you for the total of all business income not reported on a 1099-MISC.

Are you using the Online Self Employed version or the Desktop Home & Business program?

For Online,

Just enter it as Cash or General income.  You don't need to get a 1099Misc or 1099K.  Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash.  Only the total goes to schedule C.
