Home and Business or the less expensive Deluxe program

I have used Home and Business for several years with great satisfaction. For the past two years my business deductions have dropped and the program recommend that I take the standard deduction which I did. I still get one 1099 NEC and two 1099 MISC  so can I switch to the the less expensive Deluxe program? If I can will the new program be seemless with past filings on the Home and Business program?

Every version of the desktop download software has all the forms and all the schedules.   You can use desktop Deluxe to prepare a Schedule C.    And yes, you can transfer your 2023 .tax2023 into 2024 Deluxe desktop.

If you are using a TurboTax Desktop program, then the switch from Home and Business to Deluxe will be fine.

As stated by xmasbaby0, the Deluxe desktop version has all the forms you will need.  The main difference you might see is in the interview questions and the layout of the tabs at the top.  For example, there will not be a 'Business' tab at the top, but Schedule C will be included as part of the Wages and Income section.

If you are using TurboTax Online, then downgrading to the Deluxe version will not work as long as you have a Schedule C business claiming any expenses.
