Hi there, I received two W2s from one employer. Neither is a corrected W2 but they report differing state and local taxes, as well as different localities.

That occurs where there is a requirement for the employer to report earnings to more than one state in boxes 15-17, or more than one locality in boxes 18-20. You enter it as one single W-2. for Boxes 15-17 enter the first state, and a 2nd row of boxes will "magically" appear for the next state. The same holds true for boxes 18-20 also.
