Hi Receiving a message when trying to Efile that says. “We have a problem while saving your return for filing”. I can’t even view form before transmission.

Called support with no resolve, cleared cookies, rebooted and same issue.

@tgk27713 I have reported this issue to TurboTax Moderators and have been informed that it is under investigation.  I'll let you know when I have any updates.  So sorry!

You are not alone in this issue.  I've seen (and shared) similar posts from other users.  Quirky.  Hopefully I'll have some news soon.

@tgk27713 Have you been able to e-file?  Today TurboTax Moderators tell me that the issue has been resolved.  However, on the thread I'm linking below, you'll see that users have pretty much determined that the issue is related to crypto transactions.  Some users have switched to the Desktop (CD/Download) software and tediously worked through the issue.  They've eventually been able to e-file.  I'm hoping these suggestions help if you're still unable to e-file.
