Hi One of my W2 form doesnt have amount in box-1 , so it is telling as i cant able to E-file?

You cannot e-file with a blank W-2,  you'll have to print and file a paper return. The IRS doesn't allow electronically-filed returns that report no taxable income, or where W-2 box 1 is blank.
