Hi, my wife gets income through IHSS for taking care of our disabled daughter. Do we need to report this income in our taxes? If yes then where do we input this income?

This income is not taxable per IRS Notice 2014-7 (even if you received a W2.) http://www.ihssadvocate.com/news/ihss-income-not-federally-taxable.
