Hi my account email is [Removed] I used to be able to download the 2018 turbo tax premiere. But now I no longer is able to. I need to download again. Thanks!

The download link in my account no longer available. I efiled, but got rejected, and now I am on vacation with another laptop that don't have the original TurboTax. So I need to download again and re-install it on my laptop. Please enable my download again. My email is [Removed]

@vincent.oei
This may be a multiple account issue if there's no evidence of the product at all, and we can help you troubleshoot that.

Or it could possibly be a browser issue if the product is displayed there but the download link not there.  We can tell you about that, too.

We can tell you some things to do once you explain which of the above you are seeing.

Are you using this link to download:

So you do see that the correct product is shown in the account as a 2018 download, but off to the right there is not a blue Download button?    That means you do at least have the download in your account, but the missing button is usually a browser problem.

Log out of all Intuit accounts.   Empty the browser Internet cache, close the browser and reopen it.  Then go to the link and try again.   If necessary, do you have a third browser such as Edge?

Are you using any script blockers  that might interfere?  Sometimes ad blockers can interfere with certain page elements, too.

Also try this.  When you open your browser back up after cleaning it as above, then use a private window (private browsing in IE; aka "incognito mode" in Chrome)
