You should probably call the IRS about tracking your payment. The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning.

You should probably also set up an Electronics Federal Tax Payments System (EFTPS) account for paying your quarterly taxes. https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/

With the EFPTS you can avoid mailing vouchers and you can also schedule direct withdrawals from your bank account ahead of time. I generally schedule payments a year at a time. Through the EFTPS account you can also view/review payments that you've already made. This could be of some help in your current situation.

Did they cash your checks?  They came out of your bank account?  You might need to check with the IRS to see if they applied them to the right ssn and year.  Did you write your ssn and 1040ES on the checks?  If you need to enter them into Turbo Tax......

You can type estimates paid in the search box at the top of your return and click Find and it will give you a link to Jump To it.

OR
To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in Jan 2020 for 2019 (or Jan 2021 for 2020), go to
Federal or Personal (for Home & Business version)
Deductions and Credits
Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Estimated Taxes - click the Start or Update button
