Hi, I'm using TurboTax desktop on my Mac. Everything is updated to the latest versions. Each time I try to import my data from JP Morgan Chase, TurboTax crashes.

I'm able to sign in to my Intuit Account and my Chase account successfully, and the webpage shows a success message, however as soon as that pops up, the desktop application crashes and the data/files fail to import into TurboTax

Thanks, but the link you provided appears broken...the page says

"We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested."

You're right, that page appears to have been removed.

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies -- this will sometimes facilitate your import.  See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.
