Hi, I’m trying to get past the scholarship credits part and it doesn’t apply to me, so I left it blank, but it won’t let me finish without telling me there’s an issue.

Try this: navigate to Deductions & Credits, Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T), Edit, Scholarships/Grants (for all schools), and then answer "No" to the question asking if you received a scholarship or grant.  This should allow you to move on with your return.
