Hi, I haven't received the W2 form for one of my employers...can I still file?

You can file, but you will complicate your matter slightly... you have a couple of options here...

I recommend first that you contact your employer and request a copy.  You can also call the IRS and request of copy of W-2 that they received. Once you have it, please report it.   Not reporting it on your tax return will trigger a letter form the IRS in the summer and possibly additional tax due. 

If you have contacted the employer but for some reason employer is not willing to give you a copy, call the IRs and tell them about this situation.  The IRS may issue Form 4598 to the company requesting W2 form to be sent.

If neither attempts is successful, you may file a substitute Form W2.  You would enter the wages that you think you made and any taxes withheld on your paychecks - use final paycheck if you can. In Turbo Tax, the data entry is as if you entering a real W2 form. Once you are done entering EIN and your wages, please be sure to select Substitute form. The program will ask to complete Form 4852.
