Hi , i have paid the fees but its giving error "Your transmission didn't go through" Invalid SMS Number on e-file, kindly help .

Are you outside the US by any chance and use Google Voice, Skype, etc.?

 

The problem appears to be with the phone number listed in one's Intuit Account settings, not the one shown on your return.  See if these 2 threads help you:
