Hi I have a wealthfront account and cant seem to find to input my 1099 document. I'm using Turbotax deluxe

TurboTax can import your 1099 information because Wealthfront participates in the TurboTax Partner program. The FAQ below has instructions for importing your 1099 into TurboTax. If you are importing a 1099-B, you'll be prompted to upgrade from TurboTax Deluxe Online to TurboTax Premier Online.
