Hi. I file a W2 as clergy. I make my own quarterly payments. From what I see, there is no way for me to enter in the estimated payments I've made. How can I do this?

Or go to the Deductions and Credits page and select Estimates and Other Taxes paid.  In some cases you may have to click "show me more options" or "skip and show me everything" to see all the options.

Ok, but it is not showing the amount I should be being charged for S.S.

That is where you enter the federal tax payments that you have made - not what you should have paid. When you prepare your tax return and put in all of your information, Turbotax will create a Schedule SE showing how much SE tax you are being charged. That will be added to your tax return and any estimated payments will be fully credited to what you owe.

When you enter a clergy W-2 it should have boxes 3-6 blank.  A few screens after there is a page for special circumstances, check the box for "Religious wages."  That will bring up questions about your SE tax and your housing allowance or fair market value of your parsonage.  That will add SE tax to your tax return.

Can you see how the payment was made? Automated payment or draft at a later date?

It depends.  In TurboTax you enter your estimated tax payments that were made by you.  However you must check bank statements or request information about how your tax payments were paid.

Please provide clarification for more assistance.
