Hi I contacted State of RI and they said they never received my schedule c:( can I re submit it or what do I do now. My tax page says it was accepted

Print your entire state or federal return. Include a letter explaining that the Schedule C was used for the 1040, etc.  Mail your letter and form.  The offices will likely use the manually sent pack for their files.
