Hi I am wondering which way to file. single or joint? we are waiting for a court date for a divorce.

i did not file my 2022 taxes yet because of this

Your filing status is determined by your marital status as of December 31 of the tax year. If your divorce is not finalized, you will need to file Married Filing Separate or Married Filing Joint.
