Are you doing all that at the Uber diver dashboard at the Uber website?

If you are using the Uber driver dashboard and preparing your return through the Uber website, and none of those maneuvers are working, you'll need to see if TurboTax Support can assist you. Do NOT pay first, or they likely can't do anything.
You can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "Online". If "Online" is already showing, then click the little Edit icon off to the right, so you can indicate "which" Online Edition and you can choose "Self-Employed."
In the question line just say "Uber discount not being applied" without quotes.
