Hi, I am trying to add my 1099-R to my taxes, but as I'm logging into Fidelity NetBenefits it's not allowing me to access my account. I know it's the correct information.

I know that I am providing the correct username and password. The process on a 1099-R is tedious, so I would like to import that information instead.

That would be Fidelity NetBenefits that is blocking you, not TurboTax.    Many financial institutions have mailed the 1099-R's but have not made them available for import yet.  I know of two that won't be available until late February.
