No, TurboTax can not do 1040NR.
In most cases, a person with a F-1 visa is a Nonresident Alien for the first 5 calendar years they are in the US, and TurboTax can not do that type of tax return. I would recommend a tax professional that is EXPERIENCED with Nonresident Aliens.
Please note that F-1 visa holders who substantially comply with the requirements of that visa, and who do not exceed the duration of their specific Visitor Exchange Program (generally, 5 years), are exempt from the Substantial Presence Test used to determine eligibility for being a resident alien for U.S. income tax purposes: this means that, provided that you are in compliance with the terms of the F-1 visa, you are considered a nonresident alien.
TurboTax does not support Form 8843, Statement for Exempt Individuals and Individuals With a Medical Condition, nor Form 1040NR or Form 1040NR-EZ, on which nonresident aliens must report any U.S.-source income they have.
Sprintax is a partner of TurboTax, who are specifically geared towards international student nonresident aliens with 1040NR/1040NR-EZ and Form 8843 filing requirements - for more information visit https://www.sprintax.com/non-resident-alien-tax-1040nr-turbotax.html
