Hi, how can I file the Form 8843 ?

I am an international student and I need to file Form 8843 with the IRS, but after step 1 it says based on the information you provided you are deemed a US resident. I do not have an income in the US.

Residents for tax purposes are NOT required to file IRS Form 8843.

@sarah1529s did you get an answer from other source? I have a similar situation and I don't know what should I do.
I am a J2 with no income during 2021 but apparently I am a resident for tax purposes based on Sprintax assessment

If you are considered a resident for tax purposes, you do not need to file a 8843 if this is your question.

Thank you @DaveF1006

Being considered a resident for tax purposes with no income during 2021 mean that I have to do something in terms of file a form or something?

No, you won't need to file any forms. In addition, you won't need to file a tax return since you have no income.
