Yes, you may request the same TurboTax Live Full Service expert you worked with in previous tax years, as long as they're available.
If you want to change the expert you’re working with, you can give us a call by selecting Get help now under Need help with something else? Or you can send your expert a message by selecting the tab with your expert's name (next to Checklist) and letting them know. We’ll find you a new expert right away.
