"I had to print my taxes out and mail them to the IRS is it too late for me to print them out and mail them to the IRS and get my return." not sure what you are asking because you say you've already mailed it to the IRS. do not file a second return. for 2018 through 2020 you're entitled to your refund. any refund for any prior year is lost if the return was not filed within 3 years of its due or if properly extended 3 years of the extended due date. the IRS is behind in processing returns. for 2020 it could take 6 months or more for a mailed return to be processed and the refund issued.. the IRS is also behind in processing some 2019 returns.

have you checked your refund status at the IRS website?

@Kennethwebb00 You cannot get a refund advance loan based on a tax return that you just mailed in.   If you just mailed in your 2020 (or earlier year) tax return you can expect it to take about six months to be processed by the IRS, or be pleasantly surprised if it takes less time than that.

When the IRS allows people to start e-filing 2021 returns in late January or early February, there is a refund advance loan that might be offered to you when you file.   But you cannot apply for it.   It has to be offered to you at the time that you file your tax 2021 tax return, and the loan comes to you on a prepaid Visa.
