Help with Crypto Reporting Form 8949 when only some transactions from 1099-B?

Hi, I'm in the middle of a tax filing nightmare. I have 500  sales transactions for crypto for 2021. Some of them were on an exchange that  reported them on a 1099-B with the cost basis left blank. I just used a service for crypto traders that was supposed to organized everything into a Schedule D and Form 8949. BUT I just discovered their service has no way to differentiate between those transactions that were reported on the 1099-B and those that were not. Instead, when it spits out the forms, every single transaction is on pages with the "c" box checked, indicating that none of these were reported to the IRS on Form 1099-B. This service is new, as are all similar ones and obviously didn't think through this problem. They aren't responding to people with the problem. I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone here have exprerience with crypto reporting on 8949? How do I make this work with TurboTax? Thank you!

TurboTax supports imports from more than 15 cryptocurrency services.  Which one have you tried to use?  Here is a link to a TurboTax article that explains how to import cryptocurrency transactions into TurboTax.
