Help with 1099-DIV from Canadian issuer - Canadian address not recognized

I have a 1099-DIV that Turbotax has imported the data from. The issuer of the 1099 is a Canadian firm based in Toronto, Ontario. When I go to file, Turbotax's review gives me a "Check this entry" and shows an error in the ZIP Code and State on the Form "1099-DIV Worksheet" -- because the state is ON and the "ZIP" code is a Canadian postal code.  This is in the "Additional Payer and Recipient Information" section of the form. There is a drop box that says "foreign country," but I cannot select it or directly edit the State/Postal code boxes. Apparently these boxes cannot be directly filled out but only auto-populated from the scanned JPEG of the DIV form. I cannot find any way to directly edit the Form 1099-DIV worksheet. This is the only thing keeping me from filing my taxes electronically, and it is extremely frustrating. How can I edit this form?!

I was able to resolve this problem after deleting the scanned 1099 and entering the information manually. The kicker is that there's no need to enter the address of the payer when entering the document manually.
