Help! TurboTax won't open my saved return and crashes when I start a new one

TurboTax won't open my saved return. When I try to start a new return, it crashes. I'm not able to do anything with it. I tried restarting my laptop. I tried uninstalling and installing it afresh. Nothing helps. Any suggestions?
