Help. My 1099-INT B form from my bank has line box 15 line 1 blank and turbo tax is preventing me from filing because it is blank.

Please clarify your question.  Box 15 is the State.  If Box 1 is empty, what other information is on the 1099-INT?

Box 1 is OKAY.  It shows interest income.  (From CD through bank)

Also shown is Box 15  (State CO)

Box 16 (State identification no ...)

Box 17 State Tax withheld.

I did not withhold any state tax for this.

Leave 15, 16, 17 all Blank no spaces.

If I read toward the bottom it said you have may other lines.  I selectec that and it showed the lines I needed.
