Hello. Where do I upload my ACA Explanation document for why I don't need to submit my 1095-A filing? I cancelled it in 2024 and they kept applying it to me into 2024.

My policy provider gave me proof that I should have been taken off the ACA insurance and that my last day was Dec 31st, 2023. I need to know where to upload a PDF document explaining to the IRS why I don't need to file 1095-A.

Sorry--you cannot upload pdf documents to a tax return.    If you need to include such a document, then you will  need to include a hard copy and file your tax return by mail.   You will not be able to e-file.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
