Hello - TurboTax requested I submit a waiver (form 2210) using TurboTax Premier and filing my 2018 tax returns. What does this mean, and is further action needed ?

more specifically,  form 2210 is the underpayment of estimated taxes form. Part II  of this form TurboTax checked box A only  (not any other boxes) and it indicates 80% waiver but I'm not required to figure your penalty.  I'm just confused if I now am awaiting further guidance from the IRS, about anything else needed ?

Form 2210 is a request for waiver of the penalty imposed for underpaying taxes you owe during the year, but there are several exemptions you can claim for not having to pay the penalty, which you have done. You do not have to do anything else, as these are almost always accepted by the irs, unless there are unusual circumstances involved.
