Hello, still no 2019 refund no 2nd and 3rd stimulus. 2020 taxes also still processing going on 28 days...when i look at my account transcripts it shows both 2019 and 2020. Why can't the IRS look at that and see i qualify for the stimulus'?

The IRS has long stopped issuing round 1 and round 2 stimulus checks.  Any amount you might be due would be claimed as a rebate on your 2020 tax return.  It is included in your refund, and listed on line 30 of form 1040, it will not be paid separately.

The round 3 payment is issued separately by the IRS.  I have no idea why they might not pay it based on your 2019 tax return.  The IRS has indicated that they will continue to process round 3 payments as 2020 tax returns roll in and are processed, and that will be separate from your refund.  You can also use the Get my Payment tool to check your status. https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
