It sounds like the IRS is rejecting your return because an Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) is required for one of your dependents and is missing or has been entered incorrectly. You should have received a CP01A notice from the IRS with the required Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN).
Please make sure that you have entered the correct Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) by going to the Federal tab, selecting Other Tax Situations, and choosing IP PIN. Enter the correct info and then resubmit your return.
