Hello my mother has been staying with us. she has an ITIN number. i was wondering if i could claim her as a dependent?

Yes, if you provided more than half of her support for the year and she earned taxable income less than $4,200. 

If anyone on your return has an ITIN, none of you will receive a stimulus payment.
