Hello! I'm being told the following: Foreign address is being used. All US address fields must be blank. But the program doesn't let me erase the US address fields. help!

Someone else had this problem....

what the had to do was to
1) change their mailing address to a USA address....
2)..then go to every field and make sure it was entirely blank...
3)  .then switch back to their Foreign address

If that doesn't work, repeat steps 1 and 2, then log out so that the change gets posted/saved to every form.  Then log bac in and go to step 3 to complete the operations.
