Hello, I have received 1099-INT from Ally bank(online bank) and Box 15(state) is empty. However, Turbotax keeps asking me to choose the state. What should I do?

Just ignore?

Also, I bought some cryptocurrency last year, and I am still holding it - and I reported on Turbotax.
However, on review section, the system keeps asking me when did I sell them? but I didn't sell them.

For the 1099-INT, you should enter the postal code abbreviation for your state of residence.

For the cryptocurrency, you need to return to the cryptocurrency section to delete the entry you made.  The first question from TurboTax is "Did you sell or trade cryptocurrency in 2019?".  If you bought cryptocurrency, but didn't sell, exchange, or spend it, the answer to the question is "No".  It only becomes a taxable transaction when you sell, exchange, convert, or spend it.

Click the "magnifying glass Search" icon, enter "cryptocurrency" in the search window and press return or enter, and then click on the "Jump to cryptocurrency" link to delete the cryptocurrency entry.

Keep good records of the value in US dollars of your initial "investment" the cryptocurrency.  You'll need that number when you do have cryptocurrency transactions.
