Hello, i have almost completed my 2023 tax returns and I feel like I am receiving too much for my state returns. I'm not sure if I filled out something wrong?

Better go back and double check any state withholding you entered.  Like W2 box 17 or a 1099 box 14.  If you imported your W2 or 1099 I would delete it and enter it again Manually.  That usually clears something out and fixes it.
