Hello, I have a daughter she is will be 20 in May, she worked last year for a few months, earned about 8K, Can she file her own and Can I still claim her as dependent?

If she was not a full time student in 2022 and her gross income was $4,400 or more then no can claim her as a dependent.  She files her own tax return whether she is a dependent or not.
