Hello, I did not use turbotax in 2018 but I did in 2017 and it's on my computer. Please tell me how do I get the 2017 information to transfer to 2019? Much of the information is the same. Thanks!.

Sorry--you cannot do that.  Only a 2018 tax file can be transferred in to a 2019 return.  You will be starting 2019 from scratch.

Tax data from the prior year return can only be transferred to the current year tax return.  So only a tax data file from 2018 can be transferred to the 2019 tax return.
