Hello, I am doing taxes online and the site just hangs when I try to move forward. The little circle just sits there and spins forever. I logged off, rebooted.

standard answer : Try a different browser.

OR reboot your router.

 

You're on a web-based service ; rebooting PC  is not going to help.
