Hello anyone have thier turbotax freeze on the the state tax start screen? only has three options to click "start", "done with states", "get another State"?

if you have experienced this how did it get resolved?

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
