Hello about filing taxes I work in my job painting cutting grass or whatever I can get to make money how do I file

I'm single and struggling and I make just enough for my bills

You have self-employment income.  You are an "independent contractor"   so when you do your taxes you will need to pay self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare.  And you will need to prepare a Schedule C for any expenses you have had like supplies, tools, mileage on your vehicle, etc.

The software you would need to use if you use TurboTax is expensive---and you say you are struggling.  Try using the free software from the IRS site:
