Head refund put on credit card never received credit card tried to call only robots head them reissue credit card and again never received who do I contact Intuit sucks

Intuit does not issue the card...a bank does.

Whoever issues the card I've already opted for  a new replacement card and I didn't get the new card either I'm at my wits and ready to call an attorney and see if I can't get in like class action lawsuit going seems like a lot of people are in the same predicament
