Head of household and minor child with1099 from Social Security

I file head of household and I'm on social security with no other W2s. Have some Interest and Dividend income.

Do I include my Son's SSA benefits (who I support 100%) along with mine on the 1040? Or if I have to file a separate 1040 for my minor Son do I still file Head of household or Single?

You do not not enter your son's Social Security benefits on your tax return.  If he receives no other income he does not file a tax return.

Do I still file as Head-of-household or Single in this case?

You can continue filing as Head of Household since his Social Security benefits are not counted as income for the dependent and you are providing over one-half of his support.
